We can add the MRT only stations. We could also add the airport link stations. The only reason I think to add these stations is if we don't think any areas around BTS stations will be affordable or if there are special reasons to have the space near a non-BTS station area (i.e. free space).

The reason I say this is that, I would think, the group would want to attract visitors to a space (if this is an idea space then more diverse people could help lead to more diverse ideas). Being a foreigner, I can say that the BTS areas are much more convenient to meet up near.Also, the farthest BTS stations from Siam might also be considered as not very convenient.

Agree, it should be close to a BTS station, Personally i would limit t BTS only. Some BTS stations might be financially out of reach (i.e. Siam Square) but others well within. Visitors convenient should be an important thing to consider as well.
